The European
Patent Office (EPO) informs that it has decided to grant a European
Patent (Anti-Cancer) for the BP-C1 drug
Based on documentation demonstrating significantly better effect of
the BP-C1 agent the European patent Office (EPD) has decided to
grant the Anti-Cancer composition patent for BP-C1.
Thus EPO has accepted the conclusion that the composition claimed is
not a trivial combination of known antitumoral agents, is novel and
inventive and that the composition demonstrates substantial
antitumoral efficacy. Further that the claimed composition is the
first injection form of an antitumoral drug based on a globular
polydentant ligand
